The year 1971, when Locomotive Breath was released, I was far too young to experience it. But what do you have 2 older brothers for, who play this song up and down, among other things? That's how my relationship with it came about. I've been trying my hand at this cover for quite a long time. I've always wanted to give this incredibly great dynamic. In the end, 3 string ensembles and 3 organs are barely audible in the background, achieving this density with their pounding staccato. I dedicate this song to my brother who died far too early. May you have found the peace you sought for so long.

After I had covered the song one track before in a different way, Manfred (M.A.W.) asked me if I would do the original version by Gary Moore. Of course I would. Who didn't want to be able to play like that when they were young? Manfred interprets the great lead guitars and the vocals. Everything else was in my hands. Have fun. Karsten

This version of Still Got The Blues is a cover of the original version by Gary Moore. So this is a cover version of a cover. The tastes may be different. And opinions differ on Clapton's version. I think it's great and have therefore recorded my interpretation of this cover version. I like the sluggish rhythm and the slightly jazzy note. And so I was able to really let off steam here. I hope you like my version - have fun listening to it.

Here is part 2 of this indescribably beautiful piece. As easy and playful as it may sound, the realization was difficult. I think there were a dozen versions that were created. Thank you Manfred for the opportunity, your support and the patience to listen to the piece again and again.

Alan Parson, for me the epitome of perfection without equal. I've always had him at the top of my list for a cover version. However, I haven't dared to approach it yet. After Manfred (M.A.W.) asked me if I could support him with a cover song, I couldn't say no. Manfred contributes the wonderful vocals and the great acoustic guitar. I dedicate this cover song to my sister-in-law Petra, who was always there for me during all the difficult days. She has an indescribable optimism that really carries you along, even when things aren't going so well in life... Enjoy the moment because nobody knows how much time we have left. Karsten
