When the film “The Land Before Time” came out in 1988, I was just 3 years old. The song from this film has stayed with me throughout my life. I think his statement is even more important today than it used to be, in a time when wars and natural disasters shock us almost every day! So now in the run-up to Christmas a cover version of this great song by: James Horner and Will Jennings in a country-pop version arranged by Angelica Schwanitz. Many might be surprised to hear music here that lies somewhere between chanson and folk. We wanted to write a song that wasn't dominated by synth or electric sounds. The text was written by Claudia Boekels, the music largely by Angelica Schwanitz and to a lesser extent by Manuela Boekels. We were especially looking forward to the wonderful collaboration with Tanja Wirtz, who has great talent on the accordion, and Danior, who can make his violin cry.
